As a certified Counsellor, Coach and Personal Consultant, I have a deep understanding of the intricate connection between mind and body. My specialisation involves working with you to harmonise your mental and physical well-being. I assist you in identifying and achieving your personal goals while addressing the issues causing distress, anxiety, and stress, recognising that true holistic wellness encompasses both mind and body. I'm here to provide guidance and support to help you achieve balance and overall well-being.

I practice integrative counselling, which entails tailoring my approach to Counselling, Coaching, and Personal Consultancy by drawing from various psychological theories and practical methods. These are selected based on the unique needs of each client and may include Humanistic - Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Psychosynthesis, CBT, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. As we focus on holistic, somatic/embodied methods, I'm able to prioritise the integral connection between the mind and body, fostering self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, balance, and self-acceptance, to support clients with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and self-destructive behaviours.
