Why choose Holistic Counselling?

Time is a construct of the mind, not bound by the natural order of time, and carries the essence of opportunities

I firmly believe in the profound significance of nature, and our innate elements that can facilitate the timely, harmonious union of our mind and body, fostering enhanced healing. Throughout our joint collaboration, I can assist you in achieving clarity, honing coping abilities, unleashing your genuine potential, and nurturing personal development for your overall well-being. With my guidance, you can optimise the utilisation of your precious time, adeptly traversing life's obstacles to ultimately embrace a life filled with greater happiness and fulfillment.

I can support a variety of areas, including drug/alcohol addiction, anxiety, depression, caregiver support, existential enquiries, grief and loss, inner child work, life changes, loneliness, relationship difficulties, self-confidence/self-esteem issues, and suicidal ideation. I maintain a nonjudgmental stance and invite you to enquire further if you wish to explore a particular area not specified here.

As autumn leaves change in color and gracefully fall from trees, they serve as a symbol of change and transformation, paralleling the ever-evolving nature of individuals as they transition through seasons in life.

"Change is not something that we should fear...  without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they're meant to be".
